The Mission
What is JedAI?
JedAI brings together the AI engineering, consulting, and ideas of Jed Langer. The mission is to help people and businesses turn the possibilities of AI into systems they can actually use.
That work starts with understanding how a business operates: where knowledge lives, which tasks take too much time, and what people need to make better decisions. From there, we build AI agents, connected workflows, and the data foundations that make them useful in everyday work.
A helpful agent might answer a policy question inside Teams, guide someone through an intake process, or turn a business question into an insight from trusted data. The engineering behind it matters just as much as the conversation: clear definitions, validated outputs, and a thoughtful path from development to production.
JedAI is also a place to learn in public. The Holocron collects practical guides, experiments, and reflections on how AI is changing the way we build and think. Sharing what we learn is part of the mission.
The thinking behind the work
Useful automation makes work easier to understand and easier to do. Three principles guide how we get there.
Start with a purpose
Understand the people, the workflow, and the outcome first. Choose the tools that fit the problem and define what success looks like.
Build on trusted knowledge
Give agents clear data definitions and useful source material. Validate their answers against the underlying information so people can rely on the results.
Keep people at the center
Make the experience clear and useful. Give people a way to understand an answer, ask a follow-up, and bring a human into the loop when needed.
